Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features in that tier. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of 14 days, you can choose to subscribe or your account will be paused until you decide to activate.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, the new pricing takes effect immediately and we prorate the remaining balance from your current billing cycle. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. All plans are available with annual billing. Contact us for annual and multi-year pricing options.
What happens if I exceed the case limit?
On the Solo plan, if you reach 50 active cases, you will not be able to create new cases until you either close or archive existing ones, or upgrade to the Team plan. The same applies to the Team plan's 200 case limit. We will notify you when you are approaching your limit. The Firm plan has no case limits.
Can I add more users to the Team plan?
The Team plan includes up to 5 users at the $99/month base price. If you need more than 5 users but do not require the full Firm package, contact our sales team and we can add additional seats at $15/user/month.
Is my data stored in Canada?
Yes. All Immicase infrastructure is hosted in Canadian data centres. Your data never leaves Canada, and all information is encrypted at rest with 256-bit AES encryption and in transit with TLS 1.3. We are fully PIPEDA-aligned.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts on any plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days in case you decide to return.
Do all plans include Canadian data hosting?
Yes. Canadian data hosting is included in every plan at no extra cost. We believe that data sovereignty is a baseline requirement for immigration firms, not a premium feature. All plans also include PIPEDA-aligned data handling and encryption.
